Use of Website and Services
Our website and member services are provided for scheduling, managing, and using batting cage and pitching lane reservations, lessons, clinics, and camps. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the facility and services safely and in accordance with posted rules.
SMS Messaging Program
By opting in through our membership sign-up form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from The Batter’s Box of Sunbury. Our sign-up form offers two separate, optional consents: (1) informational messages about your account, bookings, membership, and facility updates, and (2) promotional messages about lessons, leagues, camps, and special offers. Each is its own checkbox, unchecked by default, and neither is required to purchase a membership. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Services and facilities are provided “as is.” Use of the facility is subject to our waiver and release requirements; we are not liable for injuries sustained during use of the facility except as required by law.
