Chandler Palyas

Chandler is currently the Big Walnut 8th Grade Baseball Coach and the 15U Columbus Sharks Head Coach (2026). He’s now offering baseball & softball hitting and fielding instruction through the rest of summer and fall at The Batter’s Box of Sunbury.
Chandler brings a strong playing résumé and the kind of teaching style that connects with athletes—his most recent lessons have already helped some incredible young players, and he’s ready to help more take the next step.

Diego Astacio

Diego is currently a pitcher at Capital University and also serves as a head coach with Olentangy Baseball Club. He brings experience working with athletes across multiple areas of the game—including pitching development, hitting approach, defensive fundamentals, and catching.
Before college ball, Diego played at Olentangy Orange High School Baseball (2020–2023) where he:
Earned 3 varsity letters
Was First Team All-OCC and All-Central District (2023)
Was named Second Team All-Ohio (2023)
Won the Pioneer Award (2023) — recognizing leadership and being a true example of the program’s culture
Diego also has hands-on coaching experience, having worked numerous camps and lessons with athletes ages 9–14, both 1-on-1 and in groups.
